Black and White Stealth 2

The film takes place during the transition of power in the "Laika Country". The gang leader Song Bang (Eric Tsang) wants to clean up his name and colludes with officials to bribe, but encounters a huge funding gap. Zheng Zha (Andy On) and Su Wan (Jiro Wang), a thug whose identity is unknown, kill and rob, commit evil deeds, and help the "boss" to rise to power step by step. Just when Song Bang thought he was reaping the benefits, the relationship between the three people took a surprising turn.
